Effective date: June 5, 2026. Hermes Agent Space provides an independent readiness console for teams using Hermes Agent workflows.

Information we process

We process the information users submit to the readiness console, account and payment metadata needed to deliver the service, technical analytics, and support messages. Users should not submit passwords, API tokens, private keys, or unmasked secrets.

How we use information

We use information to provide readiness scans, checkout, support, fraud prevention, service improvement, and legal compliance. Analytics events help us understand page views, CTA clicks, checkout starts, payment returns, and AI or search referrals.

Payment processing

Payments are handled through NOWPayments hosted checkout. We do not store complete payment credentials. Payment status, order identifiers, and plan selections may be stored to activate service access.

Data retention

We keep operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with law, and protect the site. Users can request deletion of support records where legally permitted.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational controls, but no online service is perfectly secure. Users remain responsible for masking secrets before submitting diagnostic material.
