Service scope

Hermes Agent Space provides readiness checks, workflow reports, and operational guidance for teams using Hermes Agent workflows. It is independent and does not provide official Hermes Agent support, warranties, or endorsements from the upstream maintainers.

User responsibilities

Users must submit only information they are allowed to process, avoid uploading secrets, comply with applicable law, and verify recommendations before applying them to production systems.

Payments and access

Paid access is initiated through NOWPayments hosted checkout. Prices are shown in USD. Crypto payment settlement, network fees, and payment timing may vary by currency and provider conditions.

No professional guarantee

Readiness scores and reports are operational aids, not guarantees of uptime, security, compliance, or business outcome. The service is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hermes Agent Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or production incidents resulting from use of the service.
